Happy Birthday Mom

Posted by Gypsy on Dec 26, 2006

For years I’ve been telling my mom I’m going to get her a tattoo. She’s always wanted one, even though she’d never admit it, but could never justify the expense. Who would pay someone to inject ink under you skin? The last few times I’ve told her I’m going to get her one, she’s countered by telling me that I always say that but never come through. So today, mom, me and my sister Samantha went to Extreme Graphix out in Geneva and my mom and I got ourselves tattooed (Samantha is too young). We both got symbols for Capricorn, which is our sign, though my mom went a little flashier than I.

Ouch!

Oh I see reading the earlier comment it’s a Capricorn symbol.

I should know that, my late great beloved grandma was a Cappy. I get along well w/Cappys…usually them, Scorpio and Leo are my friends. I dunno why.

Anyhow, she’s brave. Ouch, ouch. LOL She is very pretty too btw!

Enjoy NYC, take care! Hope you can see some VA’ers there!

Things went well with mine in the begining. I relived the pain on my neck, def was where it hurt the most! Left side was a cover up so it took 3 hours, however this time the right side only took an hour and a half. Still have all the negative work to go! It so great to have another tattoo chick around! Miss you!
