Can you say ouch?

Posted by Gypsy on Jan 17, 2008

Because I sure did. Many many times today while at the tattoo shop. I don’t know why, but today’s tattoo hurt worst that most of the ones I have. I figure this is because it’s been awhile since I’ve gotten one in a painful spot and because my back isn’t exactly toughened up since I take pretty good care of my skin and don’t tan and stuff. But I wasn’t the only one who got tattooed. Jack got his cherry popped with an awesome pin up to commemorate his last 15 months in Iraq. Here are a couple photos. The rest are on my Flickr site (linky to the left). They were both tattooed by Tom at Physical Graffiti in Rochester, NY.

Fight me.

Brian, the design is called Bat Wings, by Jasmine Becket-Griffith.

And I had oh so hoped it would, but he was better about it than I was. Then again, the arm really isn’t that bad anyway.

What do the letters on Jacks stand for?

Jack’s OIF stand for Operation Iraqi Freedom. It was done to commemorate the fifteen months he spent in Iraq.
