So last Sunday marked the three year anniversary of this site. Surprisingly, some things haven’t changed (when I started this blog my husband was in Iraq and as I type this my husband is in Iraq and I still have an evil cat) but a lot of things have changed (different husband and different evil cat, my hair color about a million times). Through it all, though, this has been a place I can share happiness and woes, stories and photos of my travels and geeky hobbies, and give people the updates on my life I know they so desperately crave (my ego is another thing that has changed… it’s much bigger).

So this is me thanking all my awesome readers for checking this place out and giving me an audience. I really appreciate it.
